2009 to 2010
President – Missi Smith
Missi has been on the board of directors since 2003. She made her first appearance with the MVT as a Crapshooter in Guys and Dolls and she also choreographed that production. Since then, she has directed Annie Get Your Gun and The Taffetas, choreographed Godspell, and acted the part of Jacqueline in Don’t Dress for Dinner. In the summer of 09, she appeared onstage at The Merc Playhouse as Truvy in Steel Magnolias.
Vice President – Renda Grim
A long time veteran of the MVT board, Renda was once the president, and she’s been the costume and prop mistress for nearly every production over the past ten years! Her most recent onstage credits include Suzette in Don’t Dress for Dinner and Assistant to the Radio Announcer in Twenty First Century Radio Theater: What Goes Around Comes Around. In the summer of 08, Renda appeared onstage at The Merc in their production of Lettuce and Lovage.
Treasurer – Kelly Dongohue
Kelly was the MVT president from 2001 – 2007, and his acting and directing credits include the following: Angry Housewives – Actor; The Case of the Dead Flamenco Dancer – Actor, Director; An American Millionaire – Director; Séance – Actor; Pirates of Penzance – Producer, Stage Manager; Wedding from Hell – Actor; The Boyfriend – Actor, Director; Murder at the Howard Johnson’s – Actor; Godspell – Director; Annie Get Your Gun – Producer; Don’t Dress for Dinner – Director. Currently, Kelly is directing Kitchen Witches

Secretary – Dana Stromberger
No stranger to MVT productions, Dana joined the board three years ago and has been the secretary ever since. Onstage, Dana sang and danced in The Boyfriend, she played Adelaide in Guys and Dolls, Robin in Godspell, Annie in Annie Get Your Gun, and Kaye in The Taffetas.
Morgan Smith
Morgan is the newest member to the MVT board and he brings with him a plethora of technical knowledge and a strong instrumental background. Before joining the board, he was in the music ensemble groups for Godspell, Annie Get Your Gun, and The Taffetas.
Ruth Dahlin
Ruth has been active with the board of directors since 1983. She began working on costumes and later got involved in make-up. She also appeared onstage in several productions, including Aunt Martha in Arsenic and Old Lace. Ruth claims that over the years she has seen actors and technicians come and go…and she’s still here! "I recommend it to anyone – it keeps me young."
